Case Study: Hakkasan Group
We started working with Hakkasan Group in 2013 on front-end tasks like implementing ticket sales and reservations apps for nightclubs. Over time, our role expanded from front-end to back-end development as well. We built a custom Node.js CMS, an event flyer manager, ui/ux design projects, calendar and shopping cart, and worked on their main websites for Hakkasan Restaurant, Omnia Nightclub, Jewel Nightclub, and many websites for events, DJs, and musicians. A dedicated team of 10 provided ongoing development and support. This included creating new sites, maintaining their core Ruby on Rails ticket sales and venue management platform, and general application support across their digital properties for over 10 years.
Case Study: Stelter
In our collaboration with Stelter, the leader in planned giving marketing, we undertook the task of migrating over a thousand sites into a new CMS, along the way we identified inefficiencies in the workflow and implemented a tailored PHP/Laravel/MySQL platform. This not only streamlined processes but also yielded significant cost savings, surpassing hundreds of thousands of dollars in manual labor within a year. Our customized solution facilitated a seamless migration, while our dedicated augmented staffing team provided ongoing support.
